We’ve just installed a traction bar in the kitchen doorway, in the hope of getting fit… Ha ha… But no, seriously, I’ve given myself a goal. Every day, I hoist myself up to my chin, and hold on in that position for as long as I can. I started with a count of 5 seconds, and I try to increase it every day. Yesterday, I was up to 25. Yeah…
Towards the end of the count, I really feel the ab muscles contracting, which is a good thing, obviously. But the interesting thing is that the longer they contract, the funnier it feels inside the vagina. I would guess that this tensing of the abs raises the pelvic floor, and allows for the stretching/relaxing of the vagina muscles? Actually, I don’t know. But the feeling is definitely there.
I discovered it when I was ten and climbing water slides up the wrong way. The abs would contract, and the feeling would return. It’s indescribable and not altogether pleasant (but nor is it unpleasant…), but it does have the advantage and raising the awareness of body parts that are too often forgotten in the daily rush of life.
Oh, by the way: this NEVER happens when doing crunches. I think gravity needs to be involved and pulling somehow on the legs…
